Next to the general\u202fmanagement, financial management and administration,\u202fhe also takes responsibility for the national and international and activities of the organization. He has been involved for 28 years in all kinds of international projects and training programs. He\u2019s in close collaboration with several Portuguese organisations.\u00a0<br>Before being director of Eekhout Academy, he was pedagogical advisor for quality development and school innovation (inclusion and diversity) in schools in Flanders. He was director of a large secondary school, curriculum developer and a member of the Central Exam Commission of the Ministry of Education in Flanders. He was lecturer in the initial teaching training department of the University of Applied Sciences (KHBO-VIVES) and lecturer laboratory at the University (KHBO \u2013 University Leuven).
