She has got her MA degree in Social Anthropology from Vytautas Magnus University (Kaunas). Currently she is pursuing her PhD degree in Sociology at the Lithuanian Center for Social Science (Vilnius). Agnie\u0161ka is working in Vilniaus kolegija (VIKO) and a non-governmental organisation \u201cHelp to Fit\u201d. Her expertise is social inclusion, non- formal education and minority rights. She serves as an expert in the Roma integrations strategies both on municipal and national levels. Agnie\u0161ka has a long-term experience in organizing trainings for teachers on multicultural education, critical thinking and non-formal education methods.
