Andronache<\/strong>, PhD., is a senior lecturer at the Department of Educational Sciences, Babe\u0219-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He is graduate in Pedagogy, master\u2019s degree in School Counselling and Ph.D. in Educational Sciences. He is a former visiting PhD candidate at the University of Vienna and, also, he was a postdoctoral researcher at Babe\u0219-Bolyai University. Daniel Andronache&#8217; main fields of research interest include curriculum design, competence-based curriculum, and teacher training. Until now he published more than 40 research studies (books, chapters in books, papers in international and national journals) and participated at more than 20 international and national conferences.
