Later, she graduated from the Open Education Faculty, Department of Human Resources for 2 years. She worked as a Biology teacher at MEB Biology \/ IB (International Baccalaureate) in different schools and as a &#8220;Mentor&#8221; (head teacher for teacher candidates) at Bilkent University Faculty of Education. Later, she continued her career as a lecturer at Bilkent University Faculty of Education, giving postgraduate education courses to prospective teachers. For a while, she studied &#8220;Training the Trainer&#8221; in Austria with a scholarship from the European Union. Later, she founded SEMR\u0130N HR Training and Consultancy Company. She provides training to schools and institutions.
