Since 2002 working as a free-lance lector on different educational and/or psychological topics, such as teamwork, conflict management, aggression management, effective communication, gender psychology, etc.

Since 2002 participant of various international projects, mainly focusing of human rights and youth education.

Expert/author/co-author of methodological tools on topics of educational psychology and/or psychology of gender.
