After graduating from Middle East Technical University of Civil Engineering Department, she started to work as an engineer and trainer in the organisations. As an engineer, she is competent in the design of infrastructure projects designs & calculations and she is training the personnel of the organisations in this field. She has high experience in Erasmus+ projects & coordinated and participated to many projects. She gave lectures in the Middle East Technical University to civil & environmental engineering departments. Now, she is working for SEMRİN HR Training and Consultancy Company.  She provides training to organisations, schools and institutions.
