Almadaforma – Ana Paula Silva

Ana Paula Silva holds a PhD in Epistemology of Sciences (2008, Universidade Nova de Lisboa) and a qualification in Sciences of Education (1992, Open University). She is a teacher trainer certified by the Ministry of Education (1998) in areas such as educational innovation and action research, since then collaborating with AlmadaForma.

She is a docent at the Institute of Education, Universidade Lusófona (2014-). She was a High School Teacher (1987-2014) and started to teach in Higher Education (2009-2014) at the Polytechnic, where she directed the Master in School Administration and the Master in Pedagogical Supervision and Training of Trainers. She is an integrated research member of CeiED, responsible for this Centre’s participation in the projects: European Policy Network on School Leadership (2011-2015) and Erasmus+ School Leadership Toolkit for Accelerating Achievement (2014-2016); Pedagogy and Practice (2018-2020); Stakeholders Together Adapting Ideas to Readjust Local Systems to Promote Inclusive Education (2019-2022).
