Mr. Hermelando Ferrando is a teacher in a foreign language. After spending time in England where he lived and worked as a translator first in a video games company and then as a primary school teacher, he returned to Valencia where he soon found accommodation in different bilingual schools. In 2008 he obtained his position as a career civil servant and in 2016 he became an advisor to the specific Regional Teachers Training Education Centre for Early Childhood Education. Although his experience is extensive in many fields, it is in the new technologies applied to education where he develops his full potential. Being ICT coordinator in all the centres he has been through since 2005, there are many tools that dominate and help our opponents to find the one that best suits their programming.  He is the creator of the blog “flippedando en el aula” (http://flipandoenelaula.es/) , where he shares his experience in the development of the Flipped Classroom methodology with the entire educational community.
