Baska Bir Okul Mumkun Dernegi – Feyza Eyikul

Feyza Eyikul holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations and has a diverse professional background, including international trade and social life management from 2002 to 2010.  
 
Since 2010, she has been actively involved in civil society, focusing on enhancing productivity through collaboration among professional groups. She is an advocate for children’s rights and democratic education and supported the establishment of Turkey’s first democratic primary schools.

In 2015, she founded BBOM Teachers’ Village and coordinated community-building processes while also working as a teacher trainer.  
 
Since 2014, Feyza has been learning Nonviolent Communication and conducts training sessions on communication, organization, decision making and conflict resoluation tools aimed at promoting sustainable productivity within communities. Concurrently, she offers consultancy services to non-governmental organizations and educational institutions through Hayal Köyü, an organization she co-founded. In this capacity, she empowers institutions and individuals through methodologies such as Nonviolent Communication, Sociocracy, Deep Democracy, Forum, and Restorative Justice.
