Eekhout Academy – Laura Deschuymer
Laura Deschuymer holds a bachelor’s degree in Office management and a Master of Arts’ degree in Translation (language combinations French-Dutch and Spanish-Dutch). This shows that she’s an organisational and language enthusiast. She acquired experience in project and quality management as a student by working on numerous team and individual projects, such as setting up and managing a virtual company or providing the subtitles for the 2016 edition of the Brussels Short Film Festival.
Laura has worked for Eekhout Academy since 2018. She is responsible for the administrative and financial aspects of national and international continuous professional development and projects. She’s skilled in the integration of ICT in educational contexts and uses various tools for designing leaflets, preparing digital newsletters and completing other marketing related tasks. She also feeds content to the social media channels of Eekhout Academy. She will carry out the financial administration in the TASC project.
