Crina Maria Rusu, deputy principal, Biology teacher for more than 24 years. She has experience in teaching Biology and Education for Health.She has been involved in many projects concerning ecological education and biology. 

Crina is also school based teacher educator, teaching practicum mentor for future biology teachers in secondary education. 

She has been in the organization board for the regional olympics at Biology and many other contests regarding this subject. 

She has been involved in Erasmus projects; we mention the Erasmus+ Project:  BeHave – BEHAVior management models across Europe (2017 – 2020). This project ‘s purpose was to fill the gaps in accurate and systematic training of teachers and educational staff on the topic of Social Emotional Behavior Difficulties (SEBD), particularly in primary school. One of the main aim was to adapt the features of the Web-based application for monitoring various behavioral disorders.
