After graduating from Hacettepe Department of Biology, she completed her master’s degree at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine and her doctorate at Gazi University Biology Department. Later, she graduated from the Open Education Faculty, Department of Human Resources for 2 years. She worked as a Biology teacher at MEB Biology / IB (International Baccalaureate) in different schools and as a “Mentor” (head teacher for teacher candidates) at Bilkent University Faculty of Education. Later, she continued her career as a lecturer at Bilkent University Faculty of Education, giving postgraduate education courses to prospective teachers. For a while, she studied “Training the Trainer” in Austria with a scholarship from the European Union. Later, she founded SEMRİN HR Training and Consultancy Company. She provides training to schools and institutions. She has a book published in 2016 called “I am My Child’s Education and Career Coach”.
