Delia Muste, PhD., is an associated professor at the Department of Educational Sciences within the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Babes-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He has a doctorate in educational sciences on a topic related to learning motivation and teaches at the bachelor’s and master’s levels in the department, also guiding Romanian and international PhD students.  

Disciplines taught: educational communication, Educational alternatives, Time management in education, Entrepreneurship in education and the training module for future teachers of Romanian language and literature. He is the coordinator of the Center for Professional Counseling and Pedagogical Consulting, a center intended for the training of teaching staff and students from pedagogical specializations.
