VIVES – Nele Mestdagh

 
Nele Mestdagh holds a master’s degree in Bio-engineering and an educational Master’s degree. She has been a researcher and teacher trainer in the VIVES Teacher Training program for pre-school, primary school and lower secondary school teacher students since 1995. In 2003 she was asked to join the management team to be the head of the Early Childhood Teacher Training Programme.  
Over the years, she has built further expertise in personal and professional leadership and has recently become a recommended candidate to become a CNVC Certified Trainer in nonviolent communication. At VIVES University of applied sciences, she leads the curriculum reconstruction for pre-school education and is part of the design team focussing on communication, dialogue and collaboration and the design team of skill training through practice.  She is the coordinator of this TASC project.
